The estimated shipping timeframe for each design is stated on its product page. Depending on availability, designs are shipped within 1–4 business days or completed by our atelier and shipped within approximately 3–4 weeks. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

If your order contains designs with different shipping timeframes, each design will be sent separately as soon as it is ready.

Once a design has left our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our Client Services team at hello@ouverture-studio.com.

For security reasons, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Packstations, APO, or FPO addresses.

We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped from Germany, usually via UPS.

Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes, which may be payable in advance or upon delivery, depending on the destination country.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or unclaimed delivery will be subject to additional shipping costs.
