If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To initiate a return or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@ouverture-studio.com, providing your full name and order number as a reference. You may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal through the withdrawal function available in your customer account.

To be eligible, pieces must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, accompanied by their original packaging. Returns showing visible signs of wear, such as scratches or other damage, cannot be accepted. Items not meeting these conditions will either be returned to you or be subject to a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of cleaning or repair.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Customized designs are final sale and may only be returned if expressly agreed in advance.

Return shipping within Germany is complimentary.

We cannot accept responsibility for returns not received by us if a return label has not been issued by our team. Should a parcel be lost in transit, it will be your responsibility to locate it.

Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred as a result of an improperly declared return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

For orders placed between November 25 and December 25, we are pleased to extend our return window to 30 days.

Purchases made in our showroom at Bergstraße 22, 10115 Berlin are final and cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a product defect or lack of conformity.
