If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return both pre-ordered and in-stock designs within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  hello@ouverture-studio.com,providing your full name and order number as reference.

To be eligible, pieces must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, accompanied by their original packaging. Returns showing visible signs of wear, such as scratches or other damage, will not be accepted. Items not meeting these conditions will either be returned to you or be subject to a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of cleaning or repair.

- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Customized designs are considered final sale and may only be returned if expressly agreed beforehand.
- Return shipping within Germany is complimentary.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returns not received by us if a return label has not been issued by our team. Should a parcel be lost in transit, it will be your responsibility to locate it.
-Any import fees incurred due to mishandling of a return will be deducted in full from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

For orders placed between November 25 and December 25, we are pleased to extend our return window to 30 days.

We do offer exchanges. To initiate one, please contact us at hello@ouverture-studio.com. Return shipping for exchanges is complimentary only on the first request.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@ouverture-studio.com.For security reasons, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Packstations, APO, or FPO addresses.

We offer free, fully insured express shipping on all orders, shipped from Germany via UPS (in most cases). Recipients are responsible for customs duties and taxes, payable upfront or upon delivery depending on the country.

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please notify us immediately. Packages returned due to incorrect or unclaimed delivery will incur re-shipping costs.

All orders are packaged discreetly and remain the responsibility of OUVERTURE until delivered. We ship with trusted partners using insured methods, and ask that you provide a secure address where someone can receive the package.

Some of our designs are exclusively available for pre-order. Furthermore, we may have not stocked your desired gold color/size combination. We invite you to -pre-order your desired design in this case.

Pre-ordered designs ship within approximately 2 to 6 weeks of purchase.

When pre-ordering a design, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered design(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

If you have purchased a combination of pre-order and stock designs, your entire order will ship once all designs are complete. This way we limit our shipping emissions. If you would like the stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us at hello@ouverture-studio.com for special shipping arrangements. 

Pre-ordered designs are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

We offer both in-stock and pre-order designs. In-stock pieces ship within 1–4 business days, while pre-orders ship in approximately 4–6 weeks. These time frames are estimates and may vary. Each product page specifies whether a design is in stock or pre-order.

Cancellations are not possible for pre-orders or processed orders. However, all orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with our return policy.

Shipping times vary by location and are shown at checkout. Orders within Germany usually arrive in 1–2 business days, most European orders in 2–5 days, and express shipping to the USA and Canada takes about 5–8 days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by courier volume or customs procedures.

Every order is packaged in our signature black gift box, with the option to include a personalized note. Please leave any instructions at checkout.

OUVERTURE designs are exclusively crafted from ethically sourced, certified 14K (585) gold and conflict-free natural diamonds.

Between wearings, we recommend that you carefully store your design in its original box or another suitably lined box or pouch. Although the materials we use are highly durable, certain basic care should be taken with all of your jewelry. To restore the original luster and shine, a dry polishing cloth can be used to gently buff gold surfaces. Mild soap and a soft-bristle brush can be used on diamonds.

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any damage to the material or workmanship of your OUVERTURE design.

Please note that this warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear, bent rings or ear cuffs, broken chains, improper use or storage, or modifications made by third parties outside of OUVERTURE. For any claims, please contact us at hello@ouverture-studio.com.
